▎Design & Appearance

The 2026 Hilux has a squared-off bed and a high, flat cab rear — which is why a low, wide bar with angled legs reads as part of the truck rather than as an add-on. This bar follows that geometry: the legs come down onto the bed rails at the same angle as the cab's rear pillars, and the top edge stays level with the cab roofline instead of stepping above it.

A: Our AR-Toyota -059 roll bar is for the 2015-2021 Hilux and is the Revo generation. Vigo (2005-2015) and Revo (2015-2021 / 2022+) take different parts again. This part is for the 2026+ generation and does not interchange with either.

Q: Why does the 2026+ generation need its own part?

A: Because the bed, the bed rails and the cab rear are the three surfaces the bar is fixed by and sits against — and they change when the truck is redesigned. On this model the bed rail line and the cab rear profile are both new, so a bar made for Revo cannot be made to sit correctly by adding brackets. Our catalogue reflects the same logic in reverse: it carries four different year statements for the Revo generation alone (2015-2021, 2015+, 2022+, 2020) — on this nameplate the year is not a formality.
