Shipping & Delivery
We will do our best to ship in stock parts out same day but please allow 2-3 business days for processing.Some products may require special processes to produce and may take between 7-30 days to prepare depending on the quantity. Back orders are very common in the body kit industry. Most back orders are only a few weeks, but can range up to 3-4 months.
After shipping, we will tell you with the information about your package. Please be sure to inspect all packages upon arrival for any damage and note with the logistics company if damaged.

Warranty and Returns
The following are policies regarding the handling of returns and warranty coverage for products purchased from us. Because we want to provide you with the best value and still have low prices on all of our products, we have the following policies:
PLEASE NOTE: ANY CASES AFTER 60 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE WILL ONLY BE ISSUED A REPLACEMENT ORDER.TRANSPORT COSTS NOT INCLUDED. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE APPLIED.
All products are sold for Appearance of the car only. Any damage or injury as a result of improper use of this product is the sole responsibility of the user. Products may require additional materials, accessories, or installation hardware in order to be properly mounted to the intended vehicle. These necessary products may not be included with the product, and lack of inclusion in no way guarantees correct installation with only the product and materials provided.
Return Policy
Merchandise Return
All Sales Are Final. If there is an issue with your product we'd be happy to assist. Please e-mail with complete details, including pictures, and reason for the return. After the return is approved, you will receive a return address,ship the package to us in the original package and in the original condition. Not all items are going to be returned to the original shipping point, so please verify that the return address is correct before shipping the package. If you are returning an item for a refund, there will be a restocking fee of 25%. The customer is responsible for original and return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged and notated at time of delivery. The delivery receipt must indicate that the item arrived damaged and must be signed by the customer and the delivery person. If possible call us immediately as well. Bodykits are not returnable for refund or exchange.
Any return or exchange must be notified to and authorized by the sales representative,within 14 days of delivery. No returns will be accepted without authorization by the hsspoiler.com sales person. The product(s) will not be accepted for return if the product has been used, damaged, or modified. After 14 days, no returns will be accepted and ALL returns are subject to the 25% restocking fee. Please Note: There are NO returns on special order items, overstock items, or clearance items.
Shipping Damages For Items Arriving Via Freight Delivery
The parts must be shipped back to us in new, re-saleable condition, and in the original packaging. If you have painted or altered the parts in any way, they will not be accepted or credited. We reserve the right to reject all returns on non-defective products and all returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Items not subject to returns are those that arrive by special delivery including, but not limited to body kits. No exceptions will be made. If the item shows up damaged, it must be signed for as "damaged" upon delivery, or it is not going to be eligible for exchange. Because some products may be damaged during transit, it is advised that you inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign the delivery receipt until all of the packages have been inspected and pass that inspection. If your package has been damaged, sign the delivery slip "damaged" and notify us within 48 hours of the. Keep a signed copy of the receipt with your signature and the drivers. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the damage claim being denied.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect all shipments upon delivery. If your shipment happens to arrive damaged, please write "DAMAGED" on the waybill before signing. DO NOT REFUSE THE SHIPMENT. Failure to do so will result in the insurance claim being denied. The shipper is responsible for reimbursing for damaged goods. Body parts ship unpainted in raw form and modifications may be necessary to assure proper fit. Minor scratches are common in the work blank products and disappear after sanding and finish work. Professional installation is recommended.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse delivery of your item, you will be required to pay the original shipping charges, the return freight charges and a 25% restocking fee (35% on special orders). Before any future orders will be shipped to you, these charges must be paid in full.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, be sure to contact a customer service representative right away. Do not cancel orders by e-mail , it will not be processed. If your order is canceled before shipping, no deposit will be refunded. Please refer to the Merchandise Return above before returning an item for all items that have already been shipped. Please Note: Special order items can not be canceled.
Order Error
If merchandise ordered has not been received, please e-mail, whatsapp or phone with the complete details. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue in the most appropriate manner.
Competition Product Disclaimer:
1.If you modify your vehicle with competition products, it may not meet Federal, local and state requirements for use on public roads. It is up to the customer to comply with all Federal, local and state laws. Using competition products may affect your warranty or insurance.
2.If damage to the vehicle occurs because of modifications, improper installation or the improper use of the item(s), it will be the responsibility of the customer, and not of the manufacturer, retailer or distributer. There is no warranty, stated or implied, due to driving conditions or unusual use. The customer is responsible for any and all damages, liabilities or repair and service costs incurred.
3.The customer can only return auto parts according to the hsspoiler.com Return Policy above. And the auto parts will only be accepted after the rules are followed.
4.Because all auto parts are subjective to the owner, hsspoiler.com cannot guarantee better performance or ride quality from the customer's vehicle.
