This front fog lamp frame is made for the 2023-and-newer Suzuki Fronx and mounts at the fog lamp position in the front bumper. It is supplied as a left and right pair, because a new build needs a pair while a repair usually needs one side, so we quote both and you never have to buy two to replace one.

▎Material & Craftsmanship

This part is injection-moulded ABS, and that is a deliberate choice rather than a cost decision. We make the bumper-mounted skirts in PP, but a skirt and a bezel do different jobs. A skirt is a large panel that takes impacts and exhaust heat, so it needs to bend and recover, which is what PP does and what ABS would fail at. A bezel is a thin, detailed ring that has to hold a crisp edge, a tight and even gap around the lamp, and a clip that seats the same way on the five-hundredth part as on the first. That is what ABS is good at.

▎Design & Appearance

A bezel has one job: make the fog lamp look as though it was meant to be there. On a car at this price the fog lamp area is usually the plainest part of the front end, a flat black recess with a lamp dropped into it. A properly shaped frame gives the lamp an edge, ties it back to the line of the grille and makes the front end read wider without adding anything that looks bolted on.

▎Installation

These fog light surrounds are installed by simply applying double-sided tape around the fog lights; no modifications to the structure or positioning of the fog lights are required.
