A: AR-Opel-008 (factory code HS-OB-008 >ABS<) is a direct-fit rear spoiler for the 2019+ Vauxhall Vivaro /2019+ Opel Vivaro/2019+ Opel Zafira Life/2016+ Citroen Dispatch/2016+ Citroen SpaceTourer/2016+ Peugeot Expert / 2016+ Peugeot Traveller Single Door.

Q: What is it made of — and is it real carbon fibre? 

A: It is made from high-grade ABS, the same class of thermoplastic used for OEM exterior trim. Haosheng does not manufacture real carbon fibre, and we will not describe an ABS part as carbon fibre. Carbon-fibre-look finishes are available on ABS; they are decorative, they are priced as ABS, and we label them as such.

Q: Does it need to be painted? What finishes are available? 

A: AR-Opel-008 is available in Unpainted, Primer, Glossy Black, Pearl White, Matt Black, Carbon Fiber Looks. Glossy Black, Pearl White, Matt Black, Carbon Fiber Looks ships ready to install; Unpainted, Primer requires primer and topcoat by your local paint shop.

Q: Is it safe to fit in very cold weather? 

A: This matters for our market. Yes, with the right handling — and this is the one point we do not gloss over. ABS is an engineering thermoplastic, not a low-temperature-tough material: it loses impact strength in the cold and becomes noticeably more brittle below roughly −20 °C. That is why a cold, stiff spoiler forced into place in an unheated garage is the risky scenario — not the fitting itself.

Q: Will it change how the car performs, or how much energy it uses? 

A: It is a styling upgrade, not a performance wing. We do not publish downforce, drag or range figures for this part, because we do not test for them and any such figure for a low-speed city car would be marketing rather than engineering. What we can tell you is what actually matters at the point of sale: the spoiler does not touch the drivetrain, battery, lighting or any electrical component, and it does not alter the vehicle's original safety equipment.

Q: How is it installed, and does it need drilling? 

A: It is an add-on exterior trim part: no cutting or welding of the body, and no paintwork on the car itself. This rear spoiler can be installed using only double-sided tape; however, if the vehicle is intended for high-speed driving, an adhesion promoter must be used to ensure a secure fit.

Q: What surface preparation do you recommend? 

A: Clean the mounting area with an alcohol-based panel wipe and let it dry fully — wax, silicone and road film are the usual causes of a spoiler lifting months later. Fit at workshop temperature, press along the full length with steady pressure, and leave the car unwashed and out of direct sun for 24 hours so the bond cures.

Q: Can I order one piece as a sample to check fitment first? 

Yes. For business buyers we run a fitment-confirmation sample service: the sample is shipped freight collect, and the sample charge is fully deducted from your first bulk order. This is the cheapest way to de-risk a new model — check the fit on one car before you commit to a container.

Q: What trade terms do you work with? 

A: EXW, FOB, FCA, CIF, DDP and so on — we quote whichever term matches how you actually buy. Tell us your destination port or delivery address and we will quote the terms you need rather than a default.

Q: How is it packed for export, and can you private-label it? 

A: Two options, chosen by your business model: Single-piece direct dispatch — one carton per spoiler, ready to ship straight to an end customer with no repacking cost. Consolidated master carton or pallet — multiple units in one shipment, which lowers freight per unit for wholesale and container orders. Cushioning uses plastic bag, EPE foam. OEM and ODM are both available: your own brand and packaging, custom colour and finish, and new mould development for body styles we do not yet cover.
